We are located on West Virginia Route 2, 45 miles south of Wheeling and 45 miles north of Parkersburg. The Sistersville Ferry runs from Sistersville, WV to Fly, Ohio and Ohio Route 7. Normally it is open from April 1st through December 1st, and from 6 am to 6 pm.

From the Columbus area and west: Take Interstate 70 east to Interstate 77 and south to Marietta, Ohio. Exit Interstate 77 and take Ohio Route 7 north to Newport. Cross the bridge from Newport to St. Marys, West Virginia. Take West Virginia Route 2 north for 16 miles to Sistersville. The Wells Inn will be on your left at the corner of Route 2 and Charles Street.

From Charleston, West Virginia and south: Take Interstate 77 north to Parkersburg and exit on West Virginia Route 2. Take Route 2 north for about 40 miles to Sistersville. The Wells Inn will be on your left at the corner of Route 2 and Charles Street.

From the Pittsburg area and north: Take Interstate 79 south to Washington, Pa. Take Interstate 70 west to Interstate 470 west. Exit Interstate 470 at West Virginia Route 2. Take Route 2 south for about 40 miles to Sistersville. The Wells Inn will be on your right at the corner of Route 2 and Charles Street.

From the Clarksburg, West Virginia area and east: Take U.S. Route 50 west to West Union, West Virginia. Take West Virginia Route 18 north to Sistersville, about 36 miles. Route 18 will end at West Virginia Route 2, turn right on Route 2 and proceed into Sistersville. The Wells Inn will be on your left at the corner of Route 2 and Charles Street.
